Are you just a fan of sports or do you really want to work the long hours it takes to be successful?
If you answered &amp;lsquo;yes&amp;rsquo; to this question, we&amp;rsquo;re interested in talking to you about starting your career in sports.
The Winston-Salem Dash are looking for aggressive, motivated young superstars who want to start with the new BB&amp;amp;T ballpark on the ground floor. You&amp;rsquo;ll be selling ticket packages and advanced individual game tickets for all games and be responsible for duties on game night at the facility.
Job Functions include but are not limited to: 
&amp;bull; Maintain a territory of leads and contribute to the overall sales goals
&amp;bull; Contact 2009 single game buyers and transition them into 2010 ticket package holders
&amp;bull; Attend networking events
&amp;bull; Provide daily and weekly reports to the VP of Ticket Sales 
&amp;bull; Provide unsurpassed customer service for all clients
&amp;bull; Involvement in sales events such as trade shows, clinics, etc. 
&amp;bull; Assist in other efforts as needed by the ticket department
&amp;bull; Uphold the Dash&amp;rsquo;s five core business philosophies
HOW MUCH WILL YOU MAKE?
You&amp;rsquo;ll&amp;nbsp;receive a monthly stipend &amp;nbsp;plus commission on every ticket package you sell.

Internship description:
The Winston-Salem Dash, the Carolina League affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, is seeking an intern interested in a career in photojournalism.
The intern will be responsible for photographing game action, on-field entertainment acts, fan &amp;amp; mascot interaction, assorted events held at the ballpark and other activities on or outside of game days as assigned by the team&amp;rsquo;s sponsor services, ticketing and media relations departments. The intern may also be asked to work off a nightly shot list in order to obtain photographs of specific areas of the ballpark, signage or sponsor promotions.
A functional knowledge of baseball is required of all candidates interested in the position. The intern must also provide his or her own photography equipment capable of securing high-resolution images.
Qualified candidates will receive compensation for events held during the offseason or outside of normal game days/hours, but will not receive a regular stipend. The photography internship may also be taken for course credit depending on the parameters set forth by the respective student&amp;rsquo;s college or university.
